Registration and fees

Registration and payment of the registration fees is a prerequisite for an abstract to be included in the final programme. Download the registration form (to be sent by email to emmanuel.mousset@univ-mlv.fr)

Costs

The registration is free for :

• ETeCoS³ Erasmus Mundus PhD students
• PhD Students of ETeCoS³ Partners and Associated Members
• PhD students supervised by GITISA members

Registration fee (includes proceeding, all scientific materials, coffee breaks, participation certificate):

• Early registration (before June 1st 2012): € 200
• Regular registration (after June 1st 2012): € 300
• One day registration: € 100
• Social dinner: € 100 (free only for ETeCoS³ Erasmus Mundus PhD students)

Payment details
In order to complete the registration, a scanned copy of the registration fee payment documentation should be sent via e-mail to the address: emmanuel.mousset@univ-mlv.fr. Payment has to be made by order form for participants from French universities and by bank transfer for the others to the following bank account:
